PRODUCT FEATURE
The package sewage treatment plant principle is a kind of biochemical treat-mentwhich combine activated sludge microbiological method and new biologi-cal membranemanner. In treatment process, large bacteria and bacteriamembrane update, adoptbiological carrier, improve the contact eficiency ofmicro- organism and pollutantmatter in sewage.
Wastewater Treatment Process Flow
Raw wastewater first passes through screen equipment and flows into the pre‑aeration equalization tank. Then it is pumped into the integrated biochemical unit: anoxic tank for denitrification, followed by aerobic tank for nitrification to remove BOD₅ and ammonia‑nitrogen. Mixed liquid circulates back for denitrification, while sludge returns to the front‑end. Water then enters the MBR tank, flows to clean‑water tank, and finally goes through UV or sodium hypochlorite disinfection to obtain treated effluent. Excess sludge is discharged to the sludge tank.
