The stainless steel dissolved air flotation system isdesigned for the efficient removal of suspended solids,oil, grease, colloidal particles and low-density flocsfrom wastewater. The system integrates flotation,sludge scraping, dissolved air circulation and automaticcontrol into a compact structure, providing stableoperation and flexible customization for industrialwastewater applications.
Air dissolving: Pressurized water mixes with air to form saturated dissolved air water.
Air release: Pressure reduction generates countless tiny microbubbles.
Floc adhesion: Microbubbles stick to oily sludge & suspended solids.
Sludge removal: Floated flocs scraped off; clean water drains from bottom outlet.
