3000 m³/day DAF System for Uzbekistan Project
We are pleased to announce the successful delivery and installation of a high-capacity DAF system for a major industrial client in Uzbekistan. Designed to treat 3000 cubic meters of wastewater per day, this dissolved air flotation unit represents a significant step in improving water management and environmental compliance in the region.
The DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) system is a proven technology for removing suspended solids, oils, grease, and colloidal particles from wastewater. It works by generating millions of microbubbles that attach to contaminants, floating them to the surface where they are skimmed off. This process ensures high clarification efficiency and reduces pollutant loads for downstream treatment.
Our client, operating in the food processing sector, required a robust solution to handle variable flows and high organic loads. The 3000 m³/day DAF system was custom-engineered to meet these challenges. Key features include:
High-efficiency air dissolution – maximizing bubble generation for optimal separation.
Stainless steel construction – ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.
Automated controls – allowing unattended operation and real-time monitoring.
Compact footprint – minimizing site space requirements.
The Uzbekistan project highlights our commitment to delivering advanced water treatment solutions across Central Asia. With growing industrial activity, effective pretreatment like DAF is essential to protect municipal sewers and the environment. This system will significantly reduce suspended solids and COD, enabling the client to meet local discharge standards and potentially reuse treated water.
Our team provided full support from design through commissioning, ensuring seamless integration with the client's existing infrastructure. The successful startup marks another milestone in our expansion into emerging markets.
