300 M³/d Corrugated Integrated System

We are pleased to announce the successful shipment of a corrugated integrated wastewater treatment system to our client in Côte d'Ivoire. Designed to handle 300 cubic meters per day, this compact unit combines tube settler clarificationDAFMBBR with biofilm media, and multimedia filtration into a single durable package — ideal for decentralized industrial and municipal applications.

The system features a distinctive corrugated exterior, which not only provides enhanced structural strength but also offers superior corrosion resistance in West Africa’s tropical climate. This robust construction ensures long-term durability while maintaining a compact footprint suitable for space-constrained sites.

Comprehensive Treatment Process:

1. Tube Settler (Inclined Plate Clarifier) – Influent first enters the tube settler zone, where inclined plates create multiple parallel settling channels. This design significantly increases effective settling area, allowing rapid removal of suspended solids under high hydraulic loads. The sludge collects at the bottom for easy discharge, while clarified water proceeds to the next stage.

2. Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) – Following primary clarification, the DAF unit generates millions of microbubbles that attach to remaining suspended solids, oils, and grease. These particles float to the surface for skimming, providing high-efficiency polishing before biological treatment.

3. MBBR with Biofilm Media – The core biological stage utilizes MBBR technology with high-surface-area biofilm carriers. These specially designed media host a dense, active microbial community that efficiently degrades organic matter (BOD/COD) and nutrients. The MBBR process is known for its resilience to load fluctuations, minimal maintenance, and compact footprint.

4. Multimedia Filtration – The final stage passes treated water through a multimedia filter, capturing any remaining particulates to ensure effluent quality meets stringent discharge or reuse standards.

Integrated Control & Automation:

The entire system is managed by an automated control panel, providing reliable operation with minimal operator intervention. Key parameters such as flow rates, aeration cycles, and chemical dosing are continuously monitored to maintain consistent performance.
