The 201 screw dehydrator features a unique slow-rotating screw shaft enclosed in a cylindrical screen cage. As sludge enters the unit, the screw conveys the material forward while gradually increasing pressure. This gentle but effective dewatering process forces free water out through the screen openings, producing a dry, stackable cake at the discharge end.
