We are excited to announce the ongoing installation of a large-scale integrated wastewater treatment system in Australia, designed to handle an impressive flow rate of 2000 m³/h. This project represents a major step in delivering advanced, space-efficient solutions tailored to the region's industrial and environmental demands.
The treatment plant features a standalone Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF unit) as a pretreatment step, effectively removing suspended solids, oils, and greases. All other processes are seamlessly combined into a compact modular design that significantly reduces the footprint. This integrated unit includes equalization, a robust biological treatment process using high-surface-area biofilm media, high-rate clarification with tube settlers, and tertiary filtration. By merging these stages, we achieve up to 50% space savings compared to conventional layouts.
The 2000 m³/h capacity ensures reliable handling of peak flows from industrial operations. The modular construction enables rapid on-site assembly, minimizing installation time and disruption. The integrated design simplifies operation and maintenance, while the separate DAF unit offers flexibility for pretreatment adjustments. Engineered to meet strict environmental compliance standards in Australia, the system guarantees sustainable water management and discharge quality.
This Australia project installation underscores our commitment to innovative, high-capacity wastewater solutions. With the system now under installation, we look forward to commissioning and supporting our client in achieving their environmental goals.
