We are excited to share the latest progress on our 6000 m³/d integrated industrial wastewater treatment system destined for Saudi Arabia. Right now, the massive 5‑meter‑tall unit is undergoing pre‑installation and factory assembly at our facility. Once completed, it will be disassembled and packed into 20 standard containers for shipment to the Middle East.
This system is designed to treat 6000 cubic meters of industrial wastewater per day – serving large‑scale petrochemical, manufacturing, or food processing plants. The main structure stands 5 meters high, yet its integrated design allows all treatment stages to fit within a compact footprint.
Pre‑Installation Phase at Our Factory
Before any container is loaded, our engineering team is conducting a full pre‑installation at our workshop. This critical step ensures:
✅ Perfect fit – All components are aligned and tested before disassembly
✅ Leak‑proof connections – Piping and fittings are verified under operating conditions
✅ Control system validation – The PLC panel and sensors are calibrated and run through simulated cycles
✅ Easy on‑site reassembly – Modular sections are clearly marked, and reassembly instructions are prepared
Once pre‑installation is complete, the system will be carefully dismantled, protected for ocean freight, and loaded into 20 containers – ready for the journey to Saudi Arabia.
Integrated Treatment Process
The system combines four proven technologies into one seamless unit:
DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) – Removes oils, grease, and suspended solids with high efficiency.
MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) – High‑surface‑area biofilm carriers degrade organic matter (BOD/COD) and nutrients.
Tube Settler Clarification – Inclined plates provide rapid solid‑liquid separation in a small footprint.
Multimedia Filtration – Final polishing ensures effluent meets Saudi discharge standards.
Why Pre‑Installation Matters
Pre‑installation at our factory significantly reduces on‑site work in Saudi Arabia. Instead of troubleshooting unexpected issues in the field, our client will receive a fully validated system that can be reassembled quickly – saving weeks of construction time and minimizing operational disruptions.
What’s Next
After pre‑installation is finished, the 20 containers will be loaded and shipped. We will continue to share updates, including loading photos and the vessel departure. This project demonstrates our ability to deliver large‑scale, turnkey industrial wastewater solutions to demanding markets like Saudi Arabia.
